The VDS200 series tablet deduster is an advanced dedusting and deburring system used in pharmaceutical production. The larger dedusting surface area ensures that all tablets exiting the tablet press are properly deflected and dedusted. The unique drive technology optimizes the product deflection and conveying speed which maximizes dedusting efficiency and final product quality. The compressed air blows the dust radially and downward to the main vacuum extraction point. This system is available with dust-tight options allowing for a continuous line from the tablet press. The carefully engineered design allows you to vary the dedusting height without having to modify the drive system. The digital vibration controller allows you to adjust the amplitude and frequency to maximize dedusting speed. The controller is also easily removable for cleaning purposes. No plastic is used throughout the dedusting path due to its poor conductive properties. This design factor ensures that dust is properly removed from the system resulting in maximized dedusting efficiency. This deduster comes in 4 standard sizes small, medium, tall, and extra tall. Customizable inlet and outlet heights are available.
The tablet deduster VDS-150 series is an upward conveying and dedusting system designed to easily connect to the side of tableting machines. The dedusting process utilizes vibration, compressed air, and vacuum to remove dust from tablets. The vibration of the stainless steel tower forces the tablets up the spiral tracks while vibrating off dust. The dust is then blown by compressed air through a central dust collector. Vibration is controlled and adjusted by a Digital Vibration Controller. The controller is also easily removable for cleaning purposes. All surfaces that come in contact with products are made of stainless steel type 316L. No plastic is used throughout the dedusting path due to its poor conductive properties. This design factor ensures that dedusting efficiency is maximized. VDS-150 series dedusters are fully modular systems allowing you to change the conveying height without needing to change the drive unit. Options for integration with metal detectors on the same stand are available.
